Howdy! My name is Alyssa (she/her).

 

I'm a photographer by trade and an artist at heart. I work out of Newberg, Oregon where I live with my spouse (Jered), our cats (Bunny and Pippin), and our dog (Mosby). I earned my BA in Art and Design from George Fox University.

 

Like a true Pacific Northwesterner, cloudy and rainy days are my favorite. Along with my portrait and fine art practices, some of my more notable skills include napping with my cats, watching Survivor, and forgetting to water my houseplants.

I hope to create art for the rest of my life. Taking portraits of the most precious moments in life is one of the most beautiful and personal ways to make art. So here I am! 

 

My ideal clients are the ones that come to me just as they are - nothing more, nothing less. Because at the end of the day, I want to take meaningful, honest photos of people.
